Websites for accountants that win the first meeting.

Many accountancy sites are stock photos and a list of services. The sole trader starting out, the director facing a year end and the landlord with a few buy-to-lets want to know you look after people like them and, if they already have an accountant, how switching works.

By showing each kind of client that you know their affairs. We build a page for sole traders, limited company directors, landlords and contractors, a page for each service from year end accounts to VAT and payroll, a switching page, and an enquiry form that asks the business type, the year end and what they need. Everyone we build for

What an accountancy website has to do before it is worth having

01

The searches that pay

"Accountant near me" is broad and crowded. "Accountant for sole traders", "landlord accountant", "limited company accountant" and "self assessment accountant" are the searches from people who know what they need. Each one gets its own page, written for that client and the deadlines they face.

02

The enquiries to sort

A sole trader's first self assessment and a limited company running payroll need different things. The enquiry form asks the business type, the year end, rough turnover, whether they are VAT registered, who does the books and what they need. They can start without a phone call, and you know who you are calling back.

03

The proof a client wants

Your ICAEW, ACCA or AAT membership if you hold it, your Google reviews where they can be seen, the accounting software you work in and the kinds of client you look after. Someone handing over their books and their tax affairs checks all of it before they book a first meeting.

What your accountancy website includes

Or see everything we do.

We build your accountancy site first, put it on a real address and send you the link. No deposit, no contract to read, nothing monthly at the sale.

  • Free live demo. We build your site first and put it on a real address. You open it on your phone before any money changes hands.
  • Keep your domain. Your domain stays in your name. So does the site once it is paid for.
  • Live in 7 days. Seven days from sign off to a site that is live and taking enquiries.
  • One firm per area. We build for one firm per sector per area. When an area is claimed it is gone.

What accountants ask us

Can the site make it easy for clients to switch to us?

Yes. A switching page sets out what happens in plain steps: what the client sends you, how you get professional clearance from their old accountant, and when you start. People put off changing accountant because it sounds like work, so the page answers that before they ask.

Most of our new clients are referred. Does the site still matter?

Yes. A referred client still searches your name before they get in touch. They open the site, read the reviews and look for a page about their kind of business. If the site is out of date or says nothing about them, the referral cools.

Will our site look like every other accountant's?

No. We leave out the stock photos of handshakes and calculators, use photos of you and your office if you have them, and say plainly which clients you look after and what you do for them. Clients want to know who they will deal with.

Can it cover the areas we work in?

Yes. A page for each area you cover, with the kind of work you take on there. Many accountants also work with clients online, and the site can say so while still turning up when someone searches for an accountant and a town.

How long does it take?

Seven days from the day you sign off the design. Most of that week is us building. You get the demo link first, then we swap in your own domain.

Do I have to pay before I see it?

No. We build the demo first and send you the link. You see your site live before you pay a penny. If you do not want it, you owe us nothing and the area goes to the next firm.

What happens to my current domain and email?

The domain stays in your name and we point it at the new site. Your email carries on working. If you have no domain we help you buy one, in your name.

Rather send it in writing?

Tell us about your accountancy practice here. The same person who builds the demo reads it, and we reply the same day.

Want to see your own accountancy site before you decide?

Send us your firm's name and the areas you cover. We build it and send you the link. One firm per sector per area.
