Can guests book through our own site?
Yes. The page for each pitch type and unit has a booking request form that asks the dates, the guests and any dogs, and it lands in your inbox for you to confirm. If you already run an online booking system, we link every unit page to it instead.
Most of our bookings come through listing sites. Why does our own site matter?
Because many guests look you up by name before they book. If your own site shows the pitches, the dates you are open and a way to book, they can book with you direct and the whole booking is yours. Guests who come back each year can go straight to it.
We have tent pitches and a few glamping units. Can the site show both?
Yes. Each type gets its own page, with its photos, what is included, who it suits and a booking form. A tent pitch and a cabin with a hot tub are booked by different people, so each page is written for the guest who books it.
Can it show what is near us?
Yes. A page on the area around you, such as the walks, the nearest pub, the beach or the days out within reach, written as you would describe them. That is what turns up when someone searches for camping near a town or a place they want to visit.
How long does it take?
Seven days from the day you sign off the design. Most of that week is us building. You get the demo link first, then we swap in your own domain.
Do I have to pay before I see it?
No. We build the demo first and send you the link. You see your site live before you pay a penny. If you do not want it, you owe us nothing and the area goes to the next firm.
What happens to my current domain and email?
The domain stays in your name and we point it at the new site. Your email carries on working. If you have no domain we help you buy one, in your name.
