How should the site explain our retainer?
In plain words. A page on what a retained service covers, how often you visit, what the client gets in writing and how it starts, so an employer understands it before the first call. A firm buying its first retainer often does not know what to ask.
Can the form take documents?
Yes. Clients can attach an existing safety policy, a risk assessment or the safety questions from a tender, as a PDF or a photo, so you can see what is missing before the first call and quote for the right job.
We work across several sectors. Can the site show that?
Yes. A page for each sector you know, such as construction, manufacturing, warehousing or care homes, written in the terms that sector uses. A site manager and a care home owner look for different things on the first screen, so each page leads with theirs.
Can it cover the areas we work in?
Yes. A page for each area you cover, with the services you offer there and whether you visit in person. That is what turns up when someone searches for a health and safety consultant and a town. If you work nationally, the site can say so too.
How long does it take?
Seven days from the day you sign off the design. Most of that week is us building. You get the demo link first, then we swap in your own domain.
Do I have to pay before I see it?
No. We build the demo first and send you the link. You see your site live before you pay a penny. If you do not want it, you owe us nothing and the area goes to the next firm.
What happens to my current domain and email?
The domain stays in your name and we point it at the new site. Your email carries on working. If you have no domain we help you buy one, in your name.
