We already use an online booking system. Do we have to change it?
No. The site points people to the system you use now, from every service and clinician page, so nothing changes at the desk. If you take bookings by phone or email, the form sends you the request and you confirm the time.
We have advertising rules to follow. How do you write the copy?
We keep it to plain facts: what you offer, who offers it and how to book. No claims about what a treatment will do and no comparison photos. You approve every line before it goes live, and the check against your regulator's guidance stays with you.
Can each clinician have their own page?
Yes. A page for each clinician with their name, photo, role, the services they offer and the days they work, so a patient can ask for the same person again. It also gives a search for their name somewhere to land.
We have more than one branch. Can the site cover them all?
Yes. A page for each branch with its own hours, address, parking and map, plus the services and clinicians there. That is what turns up when someone searches for a physio, a dentist or a vet and the name of a town.
How long does it take?
Seven days from the day you sign off the design. Most of that week is us building. You get the demo link first, then we swap in your own domain.
Do I have to pay before I see it?
No. We build the demo first and send you the link. You see your site live before you pay a penny. If you do not want it, you owe us nothing and the area goes to the next firm.
What happens to my current domain and email?
The domain stays in your name and we point it at the new site. Your email carries on working. If you have no domain we help you buy one, in your name.
