Do we need an online shop with prices on it?
Not to win the order. Workwear is usually quoted, because the logo, garment and quantity change the price. We build a page for each garment type you sell, with the colours and decoration options, and a quote form. If you already run a shop, the site links to it.
Can customers send us their logo through the site?
Yes. The logo goes in with the quote request, so it arrives with the order details instead of in a separate email days later. You can see from the first message whether the artwork is clean enough to digitise or needs redrawing, and say so when you reply.
Most of our work is repeat business. Why does the site matter?
Because a new contact at an old account still checks you. A new office manager or club secretary searches your name before the next order. If the site is a holding page or shows an old copyright year, the order can drift elsewhere.
Can it have pages for trades, clubs and schools?
Yes. A page for each kind of buyer, because a groundworks firm wants hard-wearing polos and hi vis, a football club wants kit and training wear, and a school wants jumpers and bags with the badge. Each page shows the garments that buyer orders and the photos that match.
How long does it take?
Seven days from the day you sign off the design. Most of that week is us building. You get the demo link first, then we swap in your own domain.
Do I have to pay before I see it?
No. We build the demo first and send you the link. You see your site live before you pay a penny. If you do not want it, you owe us nothing and the area goes to the next firm.
What happens to my current domain and email?
The domain stays in your name and we point it at the new site. Your email carries on working. If you have no domain we help you buy one, in your name.
