Customer reviews
Five-star reviews from Oxford homeowners. A representative pull from across fifteen years of work, and there are more on Google.
Mark has been on Oxfordshire roofs since 2010. The reviews below span emergency call-outs in the rain, careful conservation-area re-roofs, and the diagnostic work that two other roofers had given up on. They are verbatim from Google, names and occasional misspellings of "Mark" included.

Full re-roof on a 1930s semi. Turned up when they said, scaffold went up the same week, and the job ran to the day they quoted. Drive was swept every evening.
Sarah M., Kidlington -
Slipped tiles after the February winds. Out the next morning, fixed in an hour, and they would not take anything for it beyond the call-out. Straight dealing.
James R., Yarnton -
Flat roof over the kitchen extension had been patched twice by others. They stripped it back, showed me the rot underneath, and laid new EPDM. No leaks since.
Priya N., Woodstock -
Gutters and fascias replaced across the whole house. Quote was itemised so I could see what I was paying for. Two other firms just gave me one number.
Dan H., Bicester -
Chimney flashing had failed and we had damp coming through the bedroom wall. Diagnosed it properly rather than guessing. Sorted in a day.
Ellen T., Witney -
Booked a survey before buying. Detailed written report with photos, and an honest view that the roof had a good ten years left. Saved me a lot of worry.
Michael O., Islip -
Natural slate on a stone cottage, which not everyone will take on. Matched the existing slate closely and the ridge line is dead straight.
Claire B., Begbroke -
Roof on a garage conversion. Start date slipped by a week because of weather, which they flagged early. Work itself was tidy and the price did not move.
Tom W., Abingdon
