Revampify vs Hammer & Pixel.

Two Manchester firms building websites for small businesses. Everything below about Revampify comes from their own public pages, linked, with the date we read them.

The checkable difference is how the price is published. Their packages page is headed From £1,000, and their homepage lists tiers at £1,000, £3,000 and £5,000, read on 15 September 2026. Ours is £1,000 for the build, one figure, no tiers, paid once after you have seen the site live. Every fact about them on that page carries a link and a date.

Their words, our words, both checkable

We are one of the two firms on this page, so read it with that in mind. Our rule: nothing appears here about Revampify unless it is published on their own website, and every fact carries a link so you can check it. We read those pages on 15 September 2026. If something below no longer matches what you see, believe their site and not us.

Where they are better than us, we have said so. What we will not do is guess at anything we cannot show you.

Where each of us is ahead

Where Revampify is ahead

Said plainly

  • They have three price points and we have one. If your budget is bigger and you want a larger package, they have a tier for it and we do not.
  • They can start faster. Their site offers delivery from 48 hours where we say seven days from sign-off.
  • A wider published footprint. Their sitemap lists 38 pages, including six Greater Manchester towns and several sectors beyond the trades.
  • They cover more sectors. If you are a restaurant or an estate agent rather than a trade, we are not the right studio.

Where we are ahead

Said plainly

  • You see your site before you pay a penny. Not a proposal. Your trade, your town, your photos, on a link you open in the van.
  • Trades only. One trade in one area, so the enquiry form asks what a drainage or roofing job needs to know.
  • One firm per trade per area. The site that ranks where you work is yours and not your competitor’s.
  • A checkable record since 2020. Company 12690702 on the public register, more than forty sites built.
  • A measured speed score with a date. 99 out of 100 on Google’s mobile test, 15 September 2026. Run it yourself, and run it on any firm you are considering.

Six checks before you pay anyone, us included

  1. Which of the sites you have built can I visit right now?
  2. What is your UK company number, so I can look you up?
  3. Is the domain in my name, and is the site mine once it is paid for?
  4. What is the total cost, and what is the running cost after launch?
  5. What does Google’s mobile speed test say about your own client sites today?
  6. Can I see something real before I pay anything?

Ask us all six. If anything is missing, ask us for it.

What does Revampify charge?

Their own site publishes it. The packages page is headed "From £1,000" and their homepage lists three one-off packages, Starter at £1,000, Professional at £3,000 and Premium at £5,000, with a stated price range of £1,000 to £5,000. Read on their packages page and homepage on 15 September 2026.

Ours is published too: £1,000 for the build, one figure with no tiers, paid once after you have seen the site live. Our pricing page.

Do either of you charge a monthly fee?

We do not charge anything monthly at the sale. A care arrangement is offered after the site is live, and only if you want it.

We found no monthly fee published on the Revampify site when we read it on 15 September 2026. Their published packages are one-off prices. Ask them directly rather than taking our word for it.

How fast can each of you build a site?

Revampify’s own site says delivery is available "from 48 hours, depending on agreed scope", stated on their homepage, read 15 September 2026.

We say live in 7 days of sign-off, and we build the demo before you have agreed to anything, so you are looking at your actual site rather than a proposal.

Do I keep my domain and my website either way?

With us, yes. Your site goes live on the domain you already have, and it is yours in full once it is paid for.

Ask any firm the same question in writing before you start. It costs nothing to get it on paper.

How do I check a web firm before I pay anyone?

Two questions settle most of it. Which of the sites you have built can I visit right now, and what is your UK company number.

Ours is 12690702, on the public register. Every site we have built is on the work page.

See your site before you decide anything.

The fairest way to choose is to make both firms show you something. Ask them for a quote and ask us for a demo, then judge the two on your own phone.

A free live demoWe build your site first, with your trade, your town and your photos in it, and send you the link.
Keep your domainThe site goes live on the address you already have, so you keep your name and anything you have earned.
Live in 7 daysSeven days from sign-off. Your current site stays up until the day you approve the swap.
Pay nothing up frontSee your site live before you pay a penny. Look at it, show whoever you like, decide then.

Ask for your demo and judge it on your own phone.
