A plastering quote form that measures before you do.

Five taps, no typing until the end, and the room sized before you decide whether to drive out. The real tool is further down this page.

Patching a corner is not worth a morning, and a contact form cannot tell you which enquiry is which. The tool asks the room count, rough sizes, whether the old plaster is off, and takes two photographs. That is enough to price half of them from the kitchen table instead of driving across town to find out.

The quote tool

Why a contact form costs a plasterer money

Patching a corner is not worth a morning, and a contact form cannot tell you which enquiry is which. It collects a name and a sentence, then leaves you driving across town to find out it was a two hour job.

The tool asks what you would ask on the phone, one screen at a time. By the end you have the room count, rough sizes, whether the old plaster is off and two photographs, which is enough to price half of them from the kitchen table.

01

Tap, do not type

The first four steps are buttons. The only typing is a postcode and a number, once the person has already decided to ask you.

02

It knows plastering

Walls, ceilings, full replaster, render or coving. Then: how many rooms, rough sizes, is the old plaster off, is the room empty.

03

Photos come with it

One optional step takes pictures of the wall and the ceiling. You can see the state of the backing before you commit a morning to measuring.

How it keeps the wrong jobs off your phone

The questions do not only describe the job. They let the small patch jobs fall away before they turn into a wasted drive across the county.

What the tool sorts out before you see it

Every one of these is a drive you would otherwise have made for nothing.

  • Out of area: the postcode is checked against the towns you cover
  • Not your job: only the plastering work you actually sell is on the list
  • Too small: a single patch is flagged rather than booked as a measure up
  • Skim or replaster: asked directly, because the price gap is the whole conversation
  • Access and state: whether the old plaster is off and the room is clear
  • No detail: an optional step invites a photo of the wall or ceiling before send
  • Bots: a hidden check bins them before your inbox sees them

This is the quote tool we put on your plastering site

The tool below is set to the driveways version so you can play with the real thing. Yours comes with skimming, re-skimming a ceiling, full replaster, rendering and coving on the buttons, and asks for room sizes.

Got photos of the drain?

Optional. A shot of the standing water or the open chamber tells the engineer a lot.

Where do we send the quote?

In a real build this lands in the engineer's inbox.

Sorted.

The engineer will reply within one working day. That is what your customer would see.

The Solihull driveways build

The version above is the real tool with sending switched off. This is the same thing running on a site we built and host, a driveways demo of ours rather than a plastering one, where the estimate flow works end to end.

  • The estimate tool, with photo upload, on every page
  • A page per job feeding the same flow
  • A page per town, all pointing at the same enquiry route
  • Built and hosted by us, so you can open it now

What plasterers ask about the quote tool

Can it price a job before I visit?

Not to the penny, and we would not pretend otherwise. It collects room count, rough sizes, photos and whether it is a skim or a full replaster, which is enough to give a sensible range by message.

Does it cost extra?

No. It comes with the build. There is no licence fee and nothing monthly for it at the sale.

Will builders use it or just ring me?

Builders ring. The tool is for the homeowner who would otherwise have sent three words and a phone number, and for the enquiries that arrive while you are on a ceiling.

Can I change the questions later?

Yes. Add rendering or drop coving and the step changes, usually the same day under the care plan.

We build the plastering site with the tool wired up, send a test lead, then send you the link.

  • Free live demo. We build it first and put it on a real web address. You open it before any money changes hands.
  • Keep your domain. Your web address stays yours. If you need one we buy it in your name.
  • Live in 7 days. Seven days from sign-off. Photos, copy, forms, the lot.
  • Nothing monthly at the sale. One fixed price for the build, published on our pricing page. The care plan is a separate talk later.

The service, and the whole site

This page is one job on one trade. The two below are the wider picture: the service on its own, and the full site we build for plasterers.
