Yeovil Lufton and Hollands holds 1,250 of its 3,380 properties in the post 2000 bands, Yeovil South 1,470 of its 3,080 between 1973 and 1999, and Yeovil Town 1,660 of its 3,790 before 1919. Census 2021 table TS044 records 44.5 per cent detached in Yeovil South, 39.7 per cent semi detached with 34.8 per cent detached in Lufton and Hollands, 33.4 per cent terraced in Yeovil Town and 38.5 per cent terraced in Yeovil North East.
