Websites for driveway firms in Redditch that win the whole drive.

Planning in Redditch sits with the borough council, which records two conservation areas, while the dropped kerb sits with Worcestershire County Council, whose page states that block paving or slabbing on the highway will not be allowed.

We build a driveway site with a page for each surface you lay, an area page for each estate you cover, and an estimate tool with photograph upload built into every page. Census 2021 records 27.5 per cent of Redditch households detached and 25.8 per cent terraced. See it live before you pay a penny, live in 7 days.

The houses in Redditch

The published Valuation Office row for Redditch borough, CTSOP4.1 at 31 March 2025, holds 37,950 properties. 17,570 of them were built between 1973 and 1999, which is 46.3 per cent and the largest of the five build period bands, and 2,740 before 1919, which is 7.2 per cent. Our own total of the same table over the thirteen census areas named for the town also comes to 37,950 properties, at 25.4 per cent from 1945 to 1972 and 14.8 per cent from 2000 onwards.

Census 2021 table TS044 records 31.4 per cent of Redditch households semi detached, 27.5 per cent detached, 25.8 per cent terraced and 13.0 per cent in a purpose built block of flats.

We would name the estates those totals cover on the home page and give each one an area page carrying a finished job.

Church Hill South

96.7 per cent of dwellings built between 1973 and 1999, with no recorded stock before 1940 (Valuation Office stock tables, 2025). Census 2021 records 50.9 per cent of households terraced and 39.2 per cent in social rented housing (TS044 and TS054).

Estate frontages and shared parking areas on late century plots.

Winyates Green

96.3 per cent built between 1973 and 1999 (Valuation Office stock tables, 2025), with 38.0 per cent of households terraced and 25.4 per cent semi detached (Census 2021 TS044).

Drive replacement and widening on estate frontages.

Webheath

49.7 per cent of households detached, the highest detached share of the thirteen Redditch areas, with 49.3 per cent of the stock built between 1973 and 1999 (Census 2021 TS044 and VOA CTSOP4.1). 78.0 per cent of households own their home outright or with a mortgage (TS054).

Detached plot drives and patios on late century housing.

Hunt End and Feckenham

45.5 per cent of households detached and 23.6 per cent of the stock built before 1919 (Census 2021 TS044 and VOA CTSOP4.1). Feckenham is one of the borough's two conservation areas.

Period frontages and gravel or permeable finishes inside a conservation boundary.

Redditch Town and Abbeydale

32.7 per cent of the stock predates 1919 and 25.6 per cent of households are in a purpose built block of flats (VOA CTSOP4.1 and Census 2021 TS044). 28.4 per cent rent from a private landlord (TS054).

Older frontages and hardstanding in and around the Church Green and Town Centre conservation area.

The rules that change a paving job in Redditch

Worcestershire County Council, not the borough, issues the crossing. Its own words are that you "must have an unimpeded Width (W) of 3 metres minimum and an unimpeded Depth (D) of 4.8 metres minimum", that "You will need to complete all necessary groundworks to your frontages and supply evidence of this prior to the crossing being installed", and that on the highway itself "We will only allow tarmac on the highway due to potential future repairs. Requests for block paving or slabbing will not be allowed."

Redditch Borough Council records two conservation areas, Church Green and Town Centre, and Feckenham, and states that "In conservation areas some permitted development rights (works which normally don't require Planning Permission) are restricted".

The Planning Portal sets the national front garden rule. An eligible house with the relevant permitted development rights may be paved with permeable surfacing or drained to a lawn or border without an application, and impermeable paving over five square metres needs permission where it does not drain to a permeable area, with flats, maisonettes, certain converted or newly created houses and properties with relevant restrictions outside the allowance.

We would explain how you check the conservation boundary, any Article 4 direction, the county's crossing dimensions and the proposed work before confirming whether permission is needed.

Who you are up against in Redditch

We counted the Google Maps results for paving and driveway firms in Redditch on 16 September 2026. The sample was 40 listings, 18 of them carrying a Redditch address: all 18 had a website. Fifteen gave addresses in Worcester, Birmingham, Droitwich, Kidderminster and Stourbridge, five gave no address, one is an asphalt plant and one is a national resin franchise branch. The 18 in area listings spread across paving contractor, landscaper, pressure washing, fencing, tree work and drainage categories.

That is one dated sample of one search. What we would do with it is give Church Hill, Winyates, Webheath, Hunt End and Greenlands a page each, carrying the drives you have finished in them.

Where a driveway firm in Redditch gets to when they invest

Three Redditch firms appeared in the first ten Google local listings we checked for "driveway companies in Redditch", with sites worth opening. Two of the three run an areas we cover section with a page each for the surrounding towns, and one of them puts the work and the town together in the title tag.

  • Pristine Groundworks Ltd

Built on GoDaddy. It carries photographs of its own jobs. It has no page per area and no reviews on the page. Quotes come by phone.

The title tag names the work and the town together: resin bound, tarmac and driveways in Redditch.

  • Fairview Drives and Patios

Built on WordPress. It carries a page per area, photographs of its own jobs and reviews on the page. Quotes come through a form, and the phone number sits in the header.

Bromsgrove, Worcester and Redditch each have their own page in the main navigation.

  • RBL Landscapes & Groundworks Ltd

It carries a page per area and photographs of its own jobs. It has no reviews on the page. Quotes come through a form, and the phone number sits in the header.

It runs an areas we cover section with a page each for Birmingham, Bromsgrove and Droitwich beside Redditch, and a projects page carrying its own job photographs.

Two keep the phone number in the header, one carries reviews on the page, and two run a page per area. Each one opened and checked 16 September 2026.

The Redditch searches worth their own page

  • "driveways Redditch"

70 searches a month (OpenSEO keyword data, September 2026)

The town page. It names the estates you cover and shows a finished drive in each.

  • "tarmac driveway Redditch"

20 searches a month (OpenSEO keyword data, September 2026)

A tarmac page of its own, which is also the surface the county allows on the highway.

  • "block paving Redditch"

10 searches a month (OpenSEO keyword data, September 2026)

A block paving page, with the dig, the base and the edge course photographed.

  • "patios Redditch"

10 searches a month (OpenSEO keyword data, September 2026)

A patios page written for a garden rather than a frontage.

  • "resin driveway Redditch"

no recorded monthly volume (OpenSEO keyword data, September 2026)

A resin page still gets built and sits under the town page, with the aggregate shown close up.

  • "driveway installers Redditch"

no recorded monthly volume (OpenSEO keyword data, September 2026)

A phrase the town page answers without a page of its own.

  • "block paving cost Redditch"

no recorded monthly volume (OpenSEO keyword data, September 2026)

The estimate tool is the answer to this one, with a range and a photograph upload.

Of the seven phrases shown, four carry a monthly volume. The three without are resin driveway Redditch, driveway installers Redditch and block paving cost Redditch.

What we would build for a Redditch driveway firm

  • A home page naming Church Hill, Winyates, Webheath, Hunt End, Abbeydale and Greenlands.
  • A tarmac page built around the county's own rule on what may go on the highway.
  • A block paving page showing the dig and the edge course on a Winyates job.
  • A resin page with a Redditch drive photographed close enough to read the aggregate.
  • A patios page built on finished Webheath and Hunt End gardens.
  • A dropped kerb page quoting Worcestershire's width, depth and groundworks conditions.
  • Area pages for Church Hill, Winyates, Webheath, Hunt End, Feckenham, Abbeydale and Greenlands.
  • A quote tool that asks drive, patio, repairs or walling, the rough size and the timing, with photographs.

Paving and driveway firms in Redditch ask us

  • Who do I send a customer to for the dropped kerb?

Worcestershire County Council, not the borough. It asks for an unimpeded width of three metres minimum and a depth of 4.8 metres minimum, wants the frontage groundworks completed and evidenced first, and states that requests for block paving or slabbing on the highway will not be allowed. A page can set out those conditions.

  • Redditch is a new town. What should the pages be about?

The Valuation Office records 46.3 per cent of Redditch borough properties as built between 1973 and 1999, the largest of the five build period bands. Census 2021 records 31.4 per cent of households semi detached. We would name the estates on the home page and give each one an area page carrying your own finished work.

  • Every sampled Redditch listing had a website. What should mine do differently?

All 18 listings in the Redditch address subset had a website on 16 September 2026, which is a finding about that sample. We would build the pages the sample does not have: one per surface, one per estate, the county's crossing conditions set out plainly, and an estimate tool that takes photographs.
