Websites for plumbers that ring at the right time.
A plumbing site gets read at half past six with a bucket under the sink. If the job list, the area and the call button are not on the first screen, the next plumber on the list gets the call.
Half past six with a bucket under the sink means the job list, the area you cover and the call button have to be on the first screen. We build a fast emergency page and slower pages for bathrooms and boilers, with your Gas Safe number where it gets seen. Free live demo, keep your domain, live in 7 days.
What a plumbing website has to do before it is worth having
01
The searches that pay
"Emergency plumber near me", "boiler repair" and "bathroom fitters" are three different customers with three different budgets. One page called plumbing services ranks for none of them properly. We build a page per job so the search and the page line up, and the emergency page carries the number at the top where a wet hand can hit it.
02
The jobs to filter out
A dripping tap at nine at night is not worth the van. The quote tool asks what is leaking, whether the water is off, whether it is a boiler under warranty, and asks for a photo of the pipework or the fault code. By the time it reaches your phone you know if it is tonight, tomorrow or a quote by email.
03
The proof a customer wants
Your Gas Safe number where it can be checked, the public liability cover, a finished bathroom that is not a stock photo, and a plain line about what a callout involves. Someone letting a stranger into the house at seven in the morning reads all of that before they ring.
We have not put a plumbing site on public hosting yet, so here is the nearest full build. A real client, live since August 2026, same structure you would get with plumbing jobs on the pages.
"Thank you so much for what you have done, you've definitely gone above and beyond."
Mark, Hemsley Building Services
The plumbing version swaps the trade pages and the tool buttons. The frame, the speed and the lead email are the same.
Also live: The Solihull driveways build. A different trade, but it shows the quote tool and the page per job layout running on a site we host.
This is the quote tool we put on your plumbing site
The tool on this page is set to the drainage version so you can play with it. Yours comes with leaks, boiler faults, bathroom fits and radiator work on the buttons, and asks how urgent it is.

Where do we send the quote?
In a real build this lands in the engineer's inbox.
Sorted.
The engineer will reply within one working day. That is what your customer would see.
We build your plumbing site first, put it on a real address and send you the link. No deposit, no contract to read, nothing monthly at the sale.

What plumbers ask us
Will it rank for emergency plumber searches in my town?
That is what the area pages do. Every town you cover gets its own page carrying its own searches. Our own Manchester site reached page one of Google for local searches, which is the one ranking claim we make.
Most of my work is boilers. Can the site push that?
Yes. We put the boiler pages first in the menu and in the tool, and the emergency page stays for the callouts. You tell us which jobs you want more of and the site is built around those.
Can it show my Gas Safe number?
It should. Your registration number goes in the header and the footer so anyone can check it on the Gas Safe register in a few seconds. Same with your insurance.
I get a lot of time wasters. Will this make it worse?
The tool is there to stop that. It asks what the fault is, how urgent it is and for a photo before it lets anyone press send, so the ones that reach you are the ones worth driving to.
What if I am on the tools all day and cannot answer?
Every enquiry lands as an email and a text you can read between jobs, with the postcode, the fault and the photo already in it. You ring back when you are off a job, knowing what you are ringing about.
How long does it take?
Seven days from the day you sign off the design. Most of that week is us building. You get the demo link first, then we swap in your own domain.
Do I have to pay before I see it?
No. We build the demo first and send you the link. You see your site live before you pay a penny. If you do not want it, you owe us nothing and the area goes to the next firm.
What happens to my current domain and email?
The domain stays in your name and we point it at the new site. Your email carries on working. If you have no domain we help you buy one, in your name.
Where we are building for plumbers
